1. In-warranty period:
A. In case of slight machine failures, the buyer could contact with the seller by email or call to get a solution within 24 hours, or send the related spare parts to the seller asap, the seller shall bear the maintenance expenses for quality problem and the buyer bears it if any artificial damage or improperly operation.
B. In case of any machine failures that can not be solved by the buyer, the seller is obligated to send engineers for servicing and shall bear the maintenance expenses for quality problem, but expenses for air tickets, visa, accommodation etc shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Out-of-warranty period:
